Avruga Endive

Slices of smoked salmon on endive leaves, topped with crème fraîche and Avruga.

Recipe Information:

Serves: Salmon Portion Course Cooking Method Preparation Time:
2 Smoked Salmon, Avruga Starter, Savoury Other Less than 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 15 endive leaves
  • 125g smoked salmon
  • 140 ml crème fraîche
  • 55g Avruga

Method:

Cut off the endive stalk and carefully separate each leaf. Add a slice of smoked salmon to each, top with a little crème fraîche and a teaspoon of Avruga. Serve immediately.
