Alaska slamon sticks

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- Paprika to taste
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Alaska Pepper Steak Seasoning to taste
- Onion salt to taste
- Garlic salt to taste
- 3/4 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 2 lbs Salmon
Method
Cut Salmon into sticks 1/2" thick.
Combine flour, cornmeal, and spices to taste.
Beat eggs in a separate dish. Dip Salmon Sticks in egg and drain briefly.
Roll sticks in flour mixture. Fry in deep fryer 90 seconds - 2 minutes @ 350 degrees or until golden brown.
Serve with Alaska Spice Co. 's Tarragon Mustard Dip Mix.
